Oklahoma's first MLH hackathon! March 3 - 4, 2018.

Who are we?

The University of Oklahoma's Student Chapter ACM is proud to present Hacklahoma, its first hackathon! Students from all backgrounds, majors, and experience levels will come together to collaborate on projects that include mobile applications, virtual reality, and digital assistants in 24 hours. Anyone with an interest in technology comes to learn, build, and share their creations!


Why is this happening?

Hacklahoma was created to kindle creativity and innovation with the mission to improve Oklahoma’s tech community. We want to make Oklahoma one of the largest places for innovation and technology and to inspire students achieve the impossible.


When? Where?

For our first hackathon, we are expecting 250 passionate students from all over the world to come together at Devon Energy Hall at the University of Oklahoma in Norman on March 3rd and 4th, 2018!

Any university student 18 and older of any major can participate as a hacker! Hackers can work individually or in teams of up to 4 people. 

How to enter

To be considered for prizes, all hacks must be submitted to Devpost by 12:00PM on Sunday, March 4, 2018.

    What's your project's "wow" factor? How did you go above and beyond?
  • Learning
    How much did you learn from your project? Did you have to overcome any challenges? What risks did you take?
  • Note: Sponsored Challenges
    If you complete a sponsored challenge as your hack, judging criteria is determined by the sponsor. Please see the details of the challenge for more information on their criteria.
